Visit Crystal Sound Sanctum in Stroud
Crystal Sound Sanctum is based in Stroud in the Cotswolds, where we welcome visitors by appointment for private Crystal Tones® Alchemy™ bowl consultations, listening sessions and introductory training.
A visit gives you time to hear bowls individually and in combination, compare notes, octaves and cent relationships, and explore how different bowls feel and sound in person.
Whether you are choosing your first bowl, adding to an existing collection or looking for a harmonised set, we can guide you through the musical and practical considerations at your own pace.
What to expect
Visits are by appointment, giving you dedicated time to listen, explore and ask questions without feeling rushed.
Depending on what you are looking for, your visit may include:
- listening to individual Crystal Tones® Alchemy™ bowls
- comparing harmonised combinations
- exploring notes, octaves, cent positions and tonal relationships
- discussing how a new bowl might sit alongside instruments you already own
- introductory guidance on playing technique and care
- time to ask questions and listen without pressure
If you are adding to an existing Crystal Tones® collection, you are welcome to bring your bowls with you so we can listen to different combinations together.
Where we are
We are based in Stroud, Gloucestershire, in the Cotswolds.
Visits take place at our private sound cabin, with private parking available.
Full directions can be shared when your appointment is confirmed.

Because the space is private and visits are individually held, we do not operate as a walk-in shop.
Please book in advance so we can prepare the right bowls and give you dedicated time.
