Shipping policy

We are delighted to share these unique crystal singing bowls with practitioners and sound lovers around the world. Each bowl is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. 

UK shipping is included in the listed price. Orders typically arrive within 1–4 working days via our trusted shipping partners, DHL.

You are also welcome to collect your bowl in person from Crystal Sound Sanctum in Stroud. If you choose collection, the shipping portion of your purchase will be refunded.

In certain circumstances, particularly for larger bowl sets, we may also be able to deliver personally and offer guidance or introductory training at the time of delivery. Please contact us to discuss.

We welcome international orders. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package size.

Orders shipped outside the UK are not subject to UK VAT (20%). Please note that import duties and taxes may apply in your country upon arrival.

If you would like a shipping quote before purchase, please contact us and we will obtain an estimate from our courier partners DHL.

All bowls are carefully packaged. Fully insured deliveries incur an additional cost for which we can also supply a quote.
